Announcements
Payton Cawley received a Scholarship from Rotary in 2017.  As is our custom she received her money after her first year of College in Alabama.  She is a poli-Si and Criminal Justice major with a 4.0 grade point.  She has enjoyed being in an environment so different than big bear.  She has had a wonderful experience.  Her full time alll year attendance means she will graduate next year.  She received her check for $1,500.  Her escort for the evening was Brandon Volpicelli.  Presenting the Bob Wood Memorial Scholarship check was Dave Caretto of the Scholarship Committee.

Johann de Villiers was inducted into our Rotary Club.  Dave Caretto stood in for Helen Walsh who could not attend this evening.  Scott Crawford was inducted with Andy Suhay his sponsor. After the ceremony the club members welcomed our two newest members.

Rotarians from Vegas came to the noon meeting and left their banner.  It has a beautiful shot of the Strip.  There are 17 Rotary Clubs in Las Vegas.  Arlene was from the Oldest club.

Barge Sign-Up sheets went around the room and sheets for BBQ Sign-ups as well.

Shannon Shea and JoAnn Norton will be inducted 6/28 evening meeting.
Please reply to Ron and Dawn Hartmeister for the Debunking on 6-21.  Be there.  It is going to be a fun evening.  All Rotarians are called on to attend.
The Warners and Costlows will be attending the International Convention in Toronto immediately following the debunking and returning 6/29.
Keenan presented District Awards to the Club.  Thanks for the good work last year Keenan!
Ron Peavy spoke about the July 4 BBQ.  ALL HANDS ON ARE REQUIRED TO BE ON DECK for setup, working at the BBQ, and cleanup/breakdown.  Anyone can participate so bring a friend/neighbor/family member to help!
