√ Meeting called to order @ 6:31 p.m. ZOOM TIME:  21 in attendance
 
√ Pledge of Allegiance (GREAT American flag) & 4-Way Test led by our president
  
√ Special Guests:
   Jim & Tanya Labertew and ALL THE PARTICIPANTS!!
 
UPDATES:
√ Interact:  Andy Brakebill gave an update on recent Interact Activities. Interact along
   with Rotarian, Helen Walsh, supported the BB Chamber by handing out face
   coverings in the village this past weekend—42 hours and 6,000 FACE COVERINGS.
   GREAT job Interact, Andy and Helen
 
Interact will provide Parking Services @ FFB on July 4 per Mike Chilcoat
 
   Michael Perry donated the $630 in tips to Interact for their services. 
 
Mike Chilcoat suggested that the 2019-20 $1k Chautauqua SCHOLARSHIP be
   presented mid-year,20-21, to qualified students graduating @ that time.
 
John Friel recommended that Rotary bestow Julann Warren as an Honarary
   Rotarian for her 10 years of Outstanding Service with Interact and the community.
   This will be on the July Board of Directors meeting.
 
July 4 Fireworks.  Considerable discussion took place on this matter.  The following
   issues were raised:
  • Should the show even take place this year?
  • Postpone until health issues are clearer
  • Disappointment in Rotary NOT being mentioned as a “partner” in COVID-19 Updates
  • Crowds will be in BB on July 4 weekend no matter what
  • Move the barge to more central location for better visibility of fireworks.
