This is the 2nd Annual Boat Parade of Lights. The Parade will begin at Garstin Island (near the dam) and follow the shoreline toward the east ramp. We will get as close to the Stanfield Cutoff as the water depth permits.
Boats participating in the parade: arrive at Garstine Island no later than 6:30 pm. Line up behind the Rotary Boat, display the number on the port side.
All boats must have a number (pick them up at The Visitor Center/Visit Big Bear Address: 40824 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315) on August 31 between 10 and 2. Return the signs to The Visitor Center the following day.
After the boat parade, please stay to see and be seen during the Visit Big Bear Drone Show!
Participant's entry fees will be paid by Visit Big Bear to the Big Bear Lake Rotary Club. All of the money raised by this community event will stay in Big Bear Valley. Check our website for the local programs Rotary sponsors.
